On Thursday I opted for some cross training which in my book equals rock climbing.  At about 4:45 I hopped the blue line towards O'hare and arrived at Hidden Peak at about 5:00.  Most of the routes weren't usable b/c tape had fallen off holds so I did the best I could to use holds that seemed like they had to be part of whatever route I was working on.  They are spent all day yesterday resetting the gym (making new routes) so everything should be hunkey dorey when I go back next week.

On Friday I spent 2 hours biking with a friend through the rain (the whole freakin' time) at a pretty good pace.  I definetely need to bike more often so I can strength my medial quads and beat this runner's knee.

On another note, the weight training program I have been following is my own...I used information in Joe Friel's Triathlete's Training Bible to figure out how to make the program.  This was a stupid thing to do since he allready has intricate season long plans in the book!  I'm going to switch to using those plans and hope it helps out my elbows.  I don't want to give up lifting.  Right now lifting and technique are going to improve my times tremendously!
