An application (http://www.pclaw.com/) that a client of mine uses recently got an upgrade that requires XML support.  Unfortunately the client is still running a few Windows 95 and 98 boxes.  I was hoping that I could download XML support from Windows Update in the “Windows“ category (the one other than “Drivers” and “Critical Updates and Service Packs“) but it of course wasn't there and I, for the life of me, could not get google to turn anything up.  Eventually I found what I needed though by going to http://www.microsoft.com/xml/
