    • Manual program at level 9 so I could read for poli sci while I bike

    • 750 free
    • 100 kick
    • 50 breast

Total: 1000 yds

Note: My knees started feeling weird so I decided to only due 100 yds of kicking rather than the 250 I planned on (and normally do).
