    • 35 Minutes
    • 12.6 Miles
    • Manual program at level 9 so I could read while I bike

26 Feb 2004:

Two great things happened today: 1) I finally went to the doctor and he said to not worry about my elbows and just take some viox that he prescribed and he said that I was correct in thinking that I only bruised the bottom of foot weeks ago and that not running too much was a good idea 2) I had a REALLY good swim workout today (see below for details)

  • 900 free (yeah thats right! half a freakin' mile!)
  • 50 breast
  • 100 kick
  • 100 free....but this time I a breathe every 3 strokes instead of every stroke
  • 100 kick

TOTAL : 1550 yards
