My swim workout today was great! Although, I really need to get a better swimsuit so I don't have as much as drag. I'd bet that eliminating the drag caused by my swimsuit would let me concentrate a lot more on my stroke.
- 100 breast
- 50 free
- 5x50 free on the 10's
- For the first 25 of each 50 I took a breath every three strokes
- 500 free ~ 10:30
- 100 kick
- 100 breast
- 500 free ~ 10:40
- 100 kick
- 100 breast
- 500 free ~ 10:30
- 5x50 free on the 10's

I went to a 50 minute spinning class and was absolutely amazed by the workout I got! I'm definetely making it part of my routine to go once a week with the goal of eventually going twice a week. I also ran 5/7's of a mile afterwards.

swim workout....
