Time to ramble. . . This week I will begin the power endurance phase of my weight training.  The goal is to be able to quickly recruit muscles for high power output and be able to sustain it for a long period of time. 

I've been getting really lazy about recording my workouts and am going to work a hell of a lot more to do a better job recording them.

I found out that I can get away with paying only $200 for a wetsuit.  $200 is a lot of money but it definitely beats the $500 I previously thought I was going to have to pay.

Speaking of swimming, I'm going to start structuring my workouts around the goals of force, speed and muscular endurance.  I will swim at least 3 times a week (one workout for each goal) and anything more than that will be aimed at technique since it is the key to swimming.
