Swimming:
I am working on muscular endurance right now because I am in the Base 2 period of my training.  By the end of my Base 3 period I will be able to swim 4 sets of 500 at high intensity with 2:30 rests at 9:50 each.

Biking:
I will be able to bike 25 miles in under 1:30:00

Running:
I will also be able to run 6.5 miles (about 10k) in under 50 minutes.
