  • Warmup: 100 breast/100 free
  • 500 free w/ 2:30 rest
  • 500 free w/ 2:30 rest
  • 100 kick
  • Cooldown: 100 breast/50 free

If I always train at the same level I will always race at the same level.  I will increase the number of reps of 500 I do to four on Wednesday.

I ran about 8 miles (from Diversey to Munroe and back) in about 1:25:11

21 May 2004:

Holy crap, I ran too much too soon.  My quads hurt like hell.  It could also have to do with the fact that before I even got to the path I ran into a cab and on my way back it was pouring.  I lifted today
