I did some looking in Excel and tried to figure out what I'd need to do to finish in the top 25% percent based on last year's times.  Basically I'm going to need to:

  • Swim : ~30 minutes
  • Bike :   20 mph constant pace
  • Run  :   7:45 pace

      ...I have no idea how realistic this is but anyone who knows me knows I like to set goals that I think are unrealistic, work my ass off to achieve them like they are realistic and then NOT beat myself up if I don't.
