PowerEdge Servers - Amount of available memory limited to 256

If upon booting a Dell PowerEdge you get the error message "Amount of available memory limited to 256" simply go into the BIOS and turn off OS install mode :) and don't worry all that memory you bought will work great! I found this solution here.
