So, I installed SQL Server 2005 SP2 the other day and tried to create a new SSIS package today. No workie! So, in searching for the error GUID, I came across this Forums article, and, sure enough, registering the DLL worked. Now, why SP2 couldn't possibly do that, I hvae no idea. Microsoft being helpful again. Hope this helps.
