Whilst SourceForge is unashamedly "open source" and GDN has its own spin on licensing, there is now TheCodehaus for open source projects which are "commercially useful" and not "licensed under the GPL or other business-hostile licenses". I found out about it as NEO (.NET Entity Objects) now resides there.
