I've registered, but not really checked it out in any detail yet. I guess I'll post back here when I finally decide how I'm going to satisfy my tagging and list management needs...

UPDATE: Have just read this post on URL123.com over at 37signals, so have updated the lists link above to use their free service. It offers your own subdomain, your own choice of shortened name, password protection and redirectability, so no matter how I decide to implement this stuff in the future, you should always be able to access it via http://pdbartlett.url123.com/lists. Pretty neat, huh?
